The Vinegar Factory ships to all destinations within Australia and New Zealand. All amounts are in Australian Dollars (AUD). 

We offer free standard shipping for all orders over 65.00 Australia wide.

Flat rate of $6.00 for orders under $65.00 Australia wide.

New Zealand/International - request a freight quote before checking out.
 
Standard australia post shipments will be delivered via e-parcel. if there is no one available to sign for your parcel upon delivery it will be left at the nearest post office for you to collect or you can elect with australia post to leave the parcel unattended.

The Vinegar Factory Reserves the right to withhold shipments whilst pending confirmation of the recipient’s delivery address, payment details or proof of identification.

Shipping times

All orders placed on weekdays will be processed and shipped on the same or next business day.

Orders placed on a weekend day/public holiday will be processed within 48 hours of the next business day.

Once dispatched, standard e-parcel provides The Vinegar Factory customers with a 2-3 business day delivery service within metropolitan areas, however, please allow an additional 1-2 business days for locations outside of metropolitan areas and up to 7 business days for western australia.

Duties and taxes

Please note orders shipped to new zealand or International may incur duties and taxes which are applied by customs. The responsibility for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed rest with the customer.
